By purchasing a ticket or making a payment for entry to K-Land, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
**General Admission Policies**
1.1. All visitors and participants are required to adhere to the safety guidelines provided by staff and posted throughout the facility.
1.2. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
1.3. Admission tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
1.4. Event visitors and attendees are permitted to leave and re-enter the venue on the same day.
1.5. Wrist tags are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold. It may not be replaced if lost or stolen, and is rendered invalid if altered or
damaged.
1.6. Re-entry to play in play zones is prohibited for participants and guests without a valid wrist tag.
1.7. The entry ticket price is stated in Kuwaiti Dinar and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
**2. Assumption of Risk**
2.1. Participating in activities at K-Land involves inherent risks, which may include, but are not limited to, minor injuries, bumps, falls, or other accidents.
2.2. By entering K-Land, you acknowledge and willingly accept these risks, releasing K-Land and its management from liability except in cases of gross negligence.
**3. Safety Rules**
3.1. Anti-slip socks are required in all play and activity areas.
3.2. Participants must comply with the age, height, and weight restrictions for each attraction.
3.3. Running, rough play, or any behavior considered unsafe by staff is strictly forbidden.
3.4. Nannies accompanying children are considered adults.
**4. Health & Safety**
4.1. Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions (such as heart issues, back problems, or recent surgeries) or those who are pregnant are advised to consult a physician before participating in activities.
4.2. K-Land reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears to be unwell or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
**5. Waiver of Liability**
5.1. By completing your payment, you agree to release K-Land, its employees, and affiliates from any claims for injuries, damages, or losses sustained while on the premises.
5.2. This waiver does not apply to incidents resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct by K-Land staff.
**6. Photography and Media**
6.1. K-Land may capture photos or videos of the premises for promotional purposes. By entering, you grant consent for your image to be used unless you provide written notice to staff prior to entry.
**7. Personal Belongings**
7.1. K-Land is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Lockers are available for your convenience.
**8. Payment and Refunds**
8.1. Full payment is required prior to entry.
8.2. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions or late arrivals; however, rescheduling may be accommodated at the discretion of management.
8.3. K-Land is not liable and not responsible for cancellations or interruptions resulting from events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or unexpected facility closures.
**9. Force Majeure**

**10. Acceptance of Terms**
10.1. By completing and finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
